Property Description

Villa Primera is a luxury 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Air Conditioned Villa with south facing private pool and spa In Kissimmee. The upstairs newly decorated jungle themed bedroom with its own bathroom can accommodate up to five children making Villa Primera perfect for extended families.
Villa Primera is one of the biggest houses on Indian Point. Located in a private cul de sac with just three other houses offering privacy and security. Outside, the pool deck and lanai provide the perfect spot for alfresco dining or drinks by the pool. Enjoy a refreshing swim or simply relax and soak up the sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers.
A 24hr Walmart Supercenter is a couple of minutes away with ALDI on the opposite side of highway 192.
Numerous restaurants are just a few minutes away by car again on the 192 including Red Lobster, Outback, Sizzlers, Dennys and Ponderosa.
Five bedrooms, including two master suites, allow this luxury home to sleep up to 12 guests at a time, plus an infant in a pack and play cot. A highchair and stroller are also provided for your convenience.
Hairdryers are in each bathroom. Plenty of towels and high quality linens are provided for your comfort.
The games room offers pool, table football and air hockey.
High speed internet with Wifi is included free of charge and covers the entire house and even extends out over the pool deck.
Internet based climate control and a new air conditioning unit ensure comfort in summer and winter throughout the house.
A fully-equipped Kitchen with a breakfast nook is at one end of this large home.
A full range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc. The fully equipped laundry area at one end of the games room has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Pots, pans, and all the kitchen equipment necessary to prepare meals at home are provided for you. All dinnerware (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.) are also provided for you.
The lounge opens out to the Lanai, with a large rectangular table and chairs. The lanai overlooks our professionally maintained and private South-facing pool. The pool deck is not overlooked from any direction.
Separate entrances give access to the pool area from each of the the master bedroom suites as well as from the main living area.
There is a pool fence to protect our young guests from taking a swim on their own. There are also pool alarms on the doors that lead to the pool and spa. There are also sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
Villa Primera is ideally located for all the attractions that central Florida has to offer.
Easy access to Disneyworld, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld are complemented by the relative proximity to Busch gardens ( about 75 minutes) and Kennedy Space Center, just an hour away.
Nearer to home is a small zoo on the nearby Ponciana Boulevard just five minutes from Villa Primera.
Just over an hour will get you to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast and not much more than that will get you to the Gulf of Mexico coast.
For most however Villa Primera and the Indian Point development is the ideal location for a vacation because of its location in relation to Disneyworld.
Just a short drive down Highway 192 leads to the entry to Disneyworld. The attractions of the Magic Kingdom are known globally.
Before you know it you are walking down Main Street and deciding whether to head off towards Frontierland (Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain), or Tomorrowland for a quick whirl around Space Mountain.
If you have younger children (or like us a daughter who suddenly becomes a ‘young child’ on arrival at the Magic Kingdom) then no doubt the first port of call will be Fantasyland and a sedate boat trip on Its a Small World.
Hollywood Studios is the easiest park to get to being just two minutes from leaving Highway 192. Head off to Aerosmith and pick up a Fast Pass for Tower of Terror.
Epcot takes two or three visits to even begin to appreciate all it has to offer. Soarin´ in the Land Pavillion is worth the inevitable long queue. Then take a leisurely boat ride through the Greenhouses and see strawberries growing from trees.
As in the rest of DisneyWorld if you have your iPhone or Blackberry with you free Wifi will enable you to catch up with your e mails whilst in the line. Not a good idea however whilst riding Test Track or Mission Space!
The mile and a half walk around the World Showcases will take at least half a day. Enjoy Fish and Chips in the United Kingdom Showcase and wander around the Twinings Tea Garden.
The 360 degree cinema shows in the Canadian and French Showcases are fantastic. Watch out for the shows that may be on at the theater in front of the America Showcase, they are truly amazing and not to be missed.
If you fancy some haute cuisine then head off to France, well the Showcase anyway. Taste the best of French wines en route.
Animal Kingdom is a wonderful place. Watch out for the Yeti on Everest and don´t miss the Lion King show. Cool down in the Congo rapids and wander around ‘Africa’.
Seaworld is a more leisurely day out, the Shamu show is incredible. If you want something exciting ride Kraken and cool off on Atlantis.
Universal Studios again needs a few visits to appreciate all it has to offer. See how your score rates on Men in Black and consider auditioning for Fear Factor.
If you are into Harry Potter then you will love Islands of Adventure. Even if you are not then the Hulk and Spiderman will have you well entertained. Get soaked on the Bilge Barges and get more soaked on Dudleys Ripsaw falls!
If you have any interest at all in science then a trip to Kennedy Space Center is a must. Space Shuttle Atlantis forms the centrepiece of a new display area in 2013 and the Shuttle Experience is a realistic simulation of what it was like at launch.
There is a choice of bus tours including one which takes you just a few feet from the launchpad which was used for the Apollo missions and later on for the Shuttle itself. Then its on to to see a real Saturn 5 rocket and to walk the length of it (its horizontal of course!) is amazing. Then you can enjoy a bite to eat sitting directly under a Lunar module.
We have a friendly and helpful management company on call 24 hours a day who will be pleased to assist in making your stay memorable and trouble free.

Although we are British nationals we moved to Spain to live in 2005. Central Florida has been our favorite vacation destination since we first went in 2001. So after many years of visiting Central Florida on vacation we decided to purchase and manage vacation homes for others to enjoy. Our company, Seneca 108 LLC, now owns a total of 8 vacation homes. So if this particular home is not what you are looking for do e mail us as we may have other options for you to consider. We do all we can to respond to inquiries as quickly as we can and a prompt service extends until and during your vacation.
